1. General Information

By placing an order through trytogle.com, you agree to the billing, payment, and refund terms described below.
All orders are subject to verification, payment authorization, and availability.

If we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment risk, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • Other local gateways (where available)

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment processor (Shopify Payments / PayPal). Togle does not store or have access to your full credit card details.

3. Currency & Pricing

  • All prices on trytogle.com are displayed in USD (or your local currency, where supported).

  • The final price displayed at checkout is inclusive of all applicable product costs, shipping fees, and discounts (if any).

  • Depending on your country, additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply — these are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Billing Authorization

By completing a purchase, you authorize Togle (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including taxes and shipping.

If payment is declined or fails, the order will not be processed. You’ll receive a notification to update your payment information.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email summarizing your purchase details and payment status.
Please review this confirmation carefully and contact support@trytogle.com immediately if any information is incorrect.

6. Sales Tax, VAT, and Duties

  • US Customers: Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and state regulations.

  • UK & EU Customers: Prices may or may not include VAT depending on your location and applicable trade laws.

  • International Customers: Import duties and local taxes are not included in our price and must be paid by the customer at delivery (if applicable).

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at support@trytogle.com.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; please initiate a return after delivery if eligible.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

8. Billing Errors

If you believe there is an error or unauthorized charge on your billing statement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of noticing the discrepancy.

  2. Provide your order number and billing details.

  3. We will investigate and, if an error is verified, promptly issue a correction or refund.

Togle is not responsible for delays or fees caused by incorrect billing information entered by the customer.

9. Subscription or Recurring Payments (if applicable)

If you subscribe to a recurring product or service:

  • You authorize Togle to automatically charge your payment method on the recurring billing date.

  • You can modify or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date by contacting us.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

We value transparent communication. If you experience an issue with your order or billing, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank.
Unauthorized disputes may delay refunds and result in restricted access to future purchases.
